If you have ever wondered what it felt like to walk on water, now is your opportunity!!!! Paddle-boarding is an incredible core and strength training. In this 4-week program Intro to PaddleFit clients will learn the basics of Paddling, learn 3 different types of turns, and eventually make it through PaddleFit 1 & 2 Classes! Elements of balance, strength, core and flexibility will be involved in every class.
All participants must be able to swim! Private and One on One Training Also available for a separate charge with HW Recreation Discount.
Participants will spend 1.5 hr On-Land and On-Water Class Series.
Classes will be held over 4 weeks: 8 Classes Mondays and Friday Mornings. Please note: Weekly scheduling is flexible. You can commit to the program and adjust the days you can attend. Marette will work with your schedule to get you on track!
